Rooms are available to guests from 3 PM on day of arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 10 PM, please let us know with a quick phone call.

We ask that you vacate your apt. by 10 AM on your day of departure. According to availability, we offer a late check-out option. Please find out more about the options available from our reception team.

To avoid any unnecessary waiting, you are welcome to settle your bill with us on the evening prior to your departure.

Salzburg airport is approximately 85 km from Bad Hofgastein, and Munich airport approximately 220 km.

On prior arrangement, you are welcome to bring dogs with you. For reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed in the restaurant and wellness areas. We charge a € 25,- general cleaning charge per animal per night, without food.
